Frequently asked questions

When can I except to recieve my order?


Please allow up to 21 working days for orders on our larger items, smaller items may arrive sooner. (This excludes items on pre order where delivery times will vary) Please see the product page of specific items for delivery guidance and time scales. Please be aware, due to COVID-19 there may be some delays with these delivery times.




Where do you ship to?


We currenty only ship to the UK.




How do I ship my order back to you?


If you are looking to return an item, please contact us after reading our shipping and returns policy for more information.




How can I track my order?


Once you have placed your order you will be sent tracking information (If applicable) Please be aware that tracking is only offered on our larger items (play mats, kitchen helpers, soft play, ball bits and balls) Smaller items are sent via Royal Mail. If you wish to have your smaller item sent via Royal Mail but tracked or next day delivery please send us an email before you purchase as we may be able to amend your shipping options. Can I cancel or make changes to my order?


Amendments: If you would like to amend your order, email us at info@bambinokingdom.co.uk within 30 minutes of placing the order. Please include your order number and the changes in which you would like to make. Please note that we cannot guarantee amendments, this can be due to your order already being in production. However we will do our upmost to allocate your amendment request Cancellations: Once you have placed an order, you will be unable to cancel this order as it is immediately sent for preparation. If within 24 hours you change your mind, we may be able to cancel the order however there will be a £20 admin fee to cancel.

Can you answer my query about Laybuy pay?


The payment agreement is between you and Laybuy, please contact them directly with any questions relating to this service. This service is provided by a third party company, we do not manage payment plans.




Can I pay in installments?


Yes. you can choose to pay in installments with Laybuy pay. They offer 6 weekly interest free installments on your purchases. Please be aware that the agreement is between you and Laybuy and any questions/queries regarding this service will have to be between you and Laybuy.




I have only received half my order, wheres the rest of it?


Please be aware that our larger items can arrive in 2 seperate packages. Our stock is stored and shipped from multiple warehouses and therefore your order may arrive at different times. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your order outside of the timescales given.
