SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Rates:  Standard delivery £3.99, Large item delivery £9.99 (Orders over £50 free)

Please be aware that our stock can come from multiple suppliers and for this reason, items may arrive separately. Additional to this, timescales for delivery of your purchases can also vary. Depending on which item you buy, delivery may take up to 14 working days. However other items may arrive much sooner.

Please see each individual item on our shop for specified delivery timescales.

For larger items you will be provided with tracking for your purchase.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

To ensure your items arrive in time for Christmas, we recommend placing an order before December 7th.

Please be aware, due to COVID-19 there may be some delays with delivery times. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, or if you are dissatisfied with a product you have up to 30 days to return your unwanted items. 

 

 If 30 days have passed  since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. 

Returned items must be unused,  in the same condition that you received the goods and they must be in the original packaging.

Please be aware you will be responsible for covering any postage costs when returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For high value items we recommend sending your item tracked or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and automatically be applied to your original payment method, within a certain amount of days.

Cancellations

 Once you have placed an order, you will be unable to cancel this order as it is immediately sent for preparation. If within 24 hours you change your mind, we may be able to cancel the order however there will be a £20 admin fee to cancel. 

Amendments

 If you would like to amend your order, email us at info@bambinokingdom.co.uk within 30 minutes of placing the order. Please include your order number and the changes in which you would like to make.

 

Please note that we cannot guarantee amendments, this can be due to your order already being in production. However we will do our upmost to allocate your amendment request 

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Late or Missing Refunds


If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted due to processing times.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send us an email to: info@bambinokingdom.co.uk 


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
